Botanical Wedding at the Old Mill Toronto
As a graphic designer, Laura knew exactly how she wanted their day to look. It was important to her to have their wedding truly represent them as a couple and their culture. Ferns were a big part of her background and we incorporated it into every aspect of the wedding. The lush and green back drop of the Old Mill fit perfectly with their theme. So as not to compete with the simple and natural feel of the greenery, we only accented the arrangements with white florals and kept all the designs light and organic.
My favourite part of any wedding is when the groom gets their first look of his bride. The photographer Ally of Evolylla Photography was able to perfectly capture the anticipation and love between Laura and Jason .
They didn't let tradition stand in the way of their day, I don't know why more people don't do this. Wedding photos at a laundymat! These two are the coolest!
We didn't hold back from the botanical feel at the reception. The head table and guest tables were covered in lush garlands and surrounded by candles to create a warm and romantic vibe for the night.
