QUESTION:

Can i book an appointment?
 

ANSWER:

We currently don’t offer in-person appointments but we can accommodate virtual consultations via zoom. You can schedule a consultation using this link here.

 

QUESTION:

how far in advance should i book my rentals?
 

ANSWER:

Since we have a unique collection, our rentals are in high demand and we suggest reserving items as soon as possible. Rentals are not secured until a contract is signed and a 25% non-refundable deposit is paid.

 

QUESTION:

how do i place an order for rentals?
 

ANSWER:

For quicker response, we suggest placing an order through our website. Alternatively, you can send us an email at bluumrentals@gmail.com. Once an order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm availability and pricing.

 

Question:

do you have an order minimum?
 

Answer:

We require a $150 (before taxes) minimum for pick up and shipment orders and $300 (before taxes) for delivery orders.

How long can i have my rentals?
 

answer:

Our standard rental period is 1 day before event and 1 day after event. Additional days will be charged an early or late pick up/drop off fee.

do you offer delivery and retrieval? what are the rates?
 

answer:

We do offer delivery and retrieval services of rentals. Rates are determined by location, time of drop off and retrieval and # of items rented.

Do you ship rental items ?
 
 

answer:

Yes, we can ship rental items within Canada. Client is responsible for all shipping fees. Please indicate on checkout form if shipping is required or email us at bluumrentals@gmail.com

Can I  pick Up my order?
 
 

Answer:

Yes, pick up is allowed at no additional costs. Pick up location is in London, Ontario.

 
 

Question:

Do you offer set up?
 
 

Answer:

Yes we do offer set up and styling services, please indicate on checkout form if this is required. Please note, delivery does not include set up.

QUESTION:

what are your payment terms?
 

ANSWER:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signature to reserve all items. Items cannot be held or reserved until receipt of the signed contract and deposit payment. The balance of the order must be paid in full 7 days prior to delivery or pickup date. E-transfers are to be sent to bluumrentals@gmail.com.

What is your cancellation policy?
 
 

Answer:

Items cancelled 90 days or more prior to delivery are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Items cancelled 60 - 90 days prior to delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Items cancelled 60 days or less prior to delivery will be charged a full cost.

 

QUESTION:

what if i need to make changes to my order?
 

ANSWER:

Quantities can be reduced by no more than 15% up to 90 days prior to your delivery date. Quantities can be reduced by no more than 5% within 7 - 90 days prior to your delivery date. Quantities cannot be reduced within 7 days prior to your delivery date.

Quantities can be increased at any point in time, subject to availability

 
Missing and Damaged Rentals
 

 
 

QUESTION:

what happens when items are returned damaged or missing?
 

ANSWER:

Client is responsible for the replacement of damaged or missing rental items. We will contact you about items and if we are unable to reach you, the missing or damaged items will be billed to your credit card on file. We charge for: soiled, broken, damaged, or missing items, including packaging materials. There will be an extra cleaning charge for any wax, excessive grease, ink, and/or hard-to-remove stains on linens and fabrics. Replacement fees differ by each item damaged or missing.

what if i'm not handling the rentals personally?
 

Answer:

The client who signs the contract remains responsible for the rental as well as any damages, broken or missing items. Client is responsible for the time of pick up/delivery until items are returned/picked up.

what is your replacement fee?
 

answer:

Replacement fees differs for each item, you will be contacted directly for any replacement fees that may apply to your order.

 

question:

do i need to clean rentals after use?
 

answer:

After the event, we ask that all rentals be dry to prevent mildew, free of any wax, food, or confetti, and placed in their packaging materials.
