how far in advance should i be booking?
In order to provide the time and attention that we are known for, we only take a limited amount of weddings a year. We advise couples to reach out to us 12-18 months in advance to ensure we’re available for your wedding date.
i don't have a wedding date finalized, can i still reserve your services?
To provide reliable service to our couples, we only take on one wedding per day, and most often one wedding per weekend. So to avoid disappointment, we require all couples to have a wedding date before inquiring.
do you service the greater toronto area?
Since relocating to London, we are no longer offering our services in the Greater Toronto Area.
We will provide our floral and event design services in the following and surrounding areas: London, Ingersoll, Woodstock, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Hamilton, Niagara, and Chatham. Is your area not listed?
what is the difference between a wedding planner and an event designer?
While wedding planners may offer design services, their primary responsibility is to manage the logistics of the wedding day.
An event designer handles the aesthetics or the look of your wedding. As your event designer, our focus is to design a space that will create a unique experience for you and your guests. We will help you decide on a unique colour palette and wedding style, create the optimal floor plan layout, curate draping, linens, lighting, furniture, as well as manage your design budget and source specialty vendors to ensure proper execution of your wedding look.
If you are confident in your organizational skills but lack creativity, an event designer may be right for you.
what if I don’t know what I want for my wedding flowers or decor?
That is perfectly fine, those are the couples we love working with! With a blank slate, we can truly design something that fits perfectly with your venue and your personal style. Our in-depth questionnaire helps us identify your likes and dislikes, and we take those little bits of information to create a custom design proposal for your special day.
How much should I budget for my wedding flowers?
There are many factors that affect the price of a wedding, the time of the year the wedding is taking place, flower choice, guest count, wedding location, etc. We would suggest a minimum spend for our Full Service Floral Design of $5000. We would recommend budgeting more for weddings and events with installations like flower covered arches or overhead installs.
